Attempt & submission
Inspect available answer and submission records. An unfinished attempt, an unanswered item, and an incorrect answer are different conditions.
Timing & synchronization
Recorded timers, synchronization, device, or network state can provide context. A technical signal is not a complete account of what occurred.
Speaking recording
Microphone audio may be recorded with the required notice and consent. Recording state should remain distinguishable from a completed, reviewable response.
Monitoring boundaries
Managed exams may record browser visibility or focus events and full-screen state where used. The service description does not include webcam activation or continuous screen-video recording.
After submission.
Preserve the relationship between what was submitted, what was evaluated, and what remains unresolved.
Available results
Objective items may be scored automatically. Writing and Speaking may involve preliminary feedback and subsequent educator review.
Incomplete work
Keep missing records, pending grading, and review requirements distinct. Do not interpret a pending state as a confirmed zero.
Final review
Inspect the response and evidence before confirming or correcting a judgment. Publication remains a separate decision.
